EveAI Acceptable Use Policy
Draft prepared for review by a Lebanese lawyer. This text is not legal advice and is not yet final. Words in [SQUARE BRACKETS] are still to be filled in or confirmed.
Version: 2026-10-21
EveAI is built for a person and AI working together on good work. This policy lists what you may not do with EveAI: the Academy, the Apps, Ask Eve, and anything they make. It is part of the Terms of Service. It applies to what you upload, what you ask for, and what you do with the results.
Some apps also show their own care notes before you start (for example on religious or political questions). Those notes are part of this policy for that app.
1. People and their likeness
- No editing without consent. Do not upload, edit, animate or clone the face, body or voice of a real, identifiable person without their permission for that use.
- No children. Do not upload a child's face or body for editing. Do not make a talking or moving photo of a child, or any image that sexualises a minor in any way, real or fictional.
- No deceptive deepfakes. Do not make images, video or audio that show a real person doing or saying something they did not do or say, in a way that could deceive people, harm them, or be used against them.
- No impersonation. Do not pretend to be another person or organisation, including EveAI, Zeinai or our staff. Do not write "in the voice" of channels you do not own or run.
- No intimate images. Do not make or share sexual or intimate images of a real person, or "undress" anyone.
- No identification or tracking. Do not try to identify, locate, track or profile a person from a photo, voice or other data.
2. Content you may not make or share
- Sexual or pornographic content.
- Anything that involves the sexual abuse or exploitation of children. We report it to the authorities.
- Harassment, bullying, threats, doxxing, or content meant to humiliate a person.
- Hate or incitement against people because of their religion, sect, ethnicity, nationality, gender, disability or other protected trait.
- Violence or terrorism: praising, supporting or planning it, or instructions for weapons, explosives or attacks.
- Self-harm encouragement or instructions.
- Illegal goods or services, such as drugs, weapons, stolen data or counterfeit goods.
- Fraud and scams, including fake reviews, fake testimonials, phishing, and fake receipts, invoices, certificates, IDs or other official documents.
- Misinformation campaigns: false content made to mislead the public, in particular about elections, public health, emergencies or a real person or group, or AI content presented as real in order to deceive.
- Content that breaks someone's rights: copyright, trademarks, privacy, or another person's private data shared without a lawful reason.
3. Using results honestly
- Do not present realistic AI-generated images, video or audio of people or events as real where that could mislead. Keep the "Made with AI" mark, or label the content yourself, wherever the law or the platform requires it.
- Do not present a result from Check It, Newsroom or any other app as a professional, official or legal finding.
- Food and product pictures: do not use edits to show a dish or product that does not exist or differs in a way that would mislead a customer.
- Do not use EveAI to make decisions with legal or similarly serious effects on other people (for example hiring, credit, or a student's final grade) without a qualified person reviewing each one.
- In lessons and certificates, submit your own work. Do not cheat, share answers, or have someone else complete assessments for you.
4. Using the service fairly
- No spam. Do not use EveAI to send or plan unsolicited bulk messages.
- No scraping or extraction. Do not copy our courses, prompts, examples or app logic in bulk, or use automated tools to collect them, or to build a competing product.
- No evading limits. Do not create several accounts, share an account, or use any trick to get around allowances, credits, payment or safety rules. Do not try to make a model ignore its safety instructions.
- No reselling. Do not resell, rent or share your access, your credits or our apps, unless you have a written agreement with us (such as a team or school order).
- No attacks. Do not probe, scan or test the security of EveAI without our written permission, or overload, disrupt or try to break into it. Do not upload malware.
- No misuse of other people's channels. Use Voice Twin, Brand Desk and posting tools only for channels you own or run, and follow each platform's rules.
5. What happens if this policy is broken
- Declined requests. Our systems may decline a request that looks against this policy. A declined run costs nothing, and we tell you what was declined and why.
- Review. A person at EveAI may look at content that was flagged, reported or declined, only as far as needed to keep the service safe and to answer reports.
- Action. Depending on how serious it is, we may remove content, limit a feature, suspend your account, or close it, as the Terms (section 16) explain. For serious breaches, such as anything involving children, intimate images of real people, impersonation, fraud or attacks on the service, we may act at once and without notice.
- Authorities. We report content that involves the sexual abuse or exploitation of children, and we cooperate with lawful requests from the competent authorities.
- Refunds. If your account is closed for a serious breach, unused prepaid time is not refunded, except where the law requires otherwise.
6. Reporting
If you see content made with EveAI that pictures you without your consent, or breaks this policy, tell us at [CONTACT EMAIL] or WhatsApp +961 78 996 408. Include a link or a screenshot if you can. We answer within [3] working days. We act sooner when a child or an intimate image is involved.
