  1. مدرستكYour school, 1/5منسّق واحدOne coordinatorمدرستك بتختار شخص واحد يمشّي البرنامج مع الأساتذة، بدليل المنسّق.Your school names one person to run it with staff, using the facilitator guide.
  2. ⁦EveAI⁩EveAI, 2/5جلستين ⁦live⁩Two live sessionsأونلاين، مع عارف حمادي.Online, with Aref Hammadi.
  3. مدرستكYour school, 3/5تمن دروس قصيرةEight short lessonsكل أستاذ بياخد ⁦AI for Teachers⁩، على ست أسابيع.Every teacher takes AI for Teachers, over six weeks.
  4. مدرستكYour school, 4/5مهمّة بالصفA task in classكل أستاذ بيجرّب شغلة وحدة بصفّه.Each teacher tries one thing in their own class.
  5. ⁦EveAI⁩EveAI, 5/5سجلّ وشهاداتRecord and certificatesفحص بالآخر، سجلّ بمين خلّص، وشهادة كل أستاذ فيه يتأكّد منها.An end check, a record of who completed it, and a certificate each teacher can verify.

شو بيتضمّن البرنامج التجريبيWhat the pilot includes

  • كورس ⁦AI for Teachers⁩ لكل أستاذ: تمن دروس قصيرة، مهمة أخيرة بصفّو، وفحص بالآخرAI for Teachers for every teacher: eight short lessons, a final task in their own class, and an end check

  • دليل للمنسّق، حتى يمشّي البرنامج مع الأساتذة على ست أسابيعA facilitator guide, so a coordinator can run it with staff over six weeks

  • جلستين ⁦live⁩ أونلاين مع عارف حماديTwo live online sessions with Aref Hammadi

  • سيناريوهات من الصف وكروت للنقاش: نتيجة الـ ⁦detector⁩، الواجب المنسوخ، والطالب يلي بيحكي أسرارو لـ ⁦chatbot⁩Classroom scenarios and discussion cards: the detector score, the copied homework, the student who confides in a chatbot

  • سجلّ بمين خلّص، وشهادة لكل أستاذ، فيه يتأكّد منهاA record of who completed it, and a certificate each teacher can verify

النسخة الإنكليزية من الكورس مكتوبة وعم تنراجع، واللبنانية جاية بعدها. عم ندوّر على مدرسة وحدة تجرّب البرنامج هالفصل، وهيي بتساعدنا نكمّل المواد.The English edition of the course is written and in review. The Lebanese edition follows. We are looking for one pilot school this term, and it will help shape the materials.

شو ما رح نعملWhat we will not do

  • ما منطلب أبداً معلومات طلابك. الأساتذة بيضلّوا يستعملوا أدوات الصف يلي عندهم.We never ask for your students' data. Teachers keep using the classroom tools they already have.
  • ما منبيع ⁦AI detectors⁩ ولا أدوات بتولّد محتوى. البرنامج بيعلّم الحكم.We do not sell AI detectors or content generators. The programme teaches judgement.

على شو مبنيWhat it is built on

إطار التعليم بالـ ⁦AI⁩ الوطني تبع المركز التربوي (⁦CRDP⁩، ⁦2025⁩)، قسم بقسم، وإطار كفاءات الـ ⁦AI⁩ للأساتذة تبع الـ ⁦UNESCO⁩ (⁦2024⁩). مبني عليهن، مش معتمد منهن: ما حدا اعتمد البرنامج رسمياً، ومنقولها بوضوح.Lebanon's CRDP National AI Education Framework (2025), section by section, and UNESCO's AI Competency Framework for Teachers (2024). Built on them, not accredited by them: no one has certified this programme, and we say so.
