Eve — أوّل أمEve — the first mother
خط واحد بيلفّ، بيحضن، وبينفتح من فوق. مرسوم متل جسم. Eve هي أوّل أم، يلي اتأمّنت عالرحم — المطرح يلي بتبلّش فيه الحياة. كل شي بيبلّش من نيّتها.One stroke curves, holds, and opens at the top. It is drawn like a body. Eve is the first mother, the one entrusted with the womb — the place where life begins. Everything starts with her intention.
الـ AI — الرحم الجديدAI — the new womb
التاني circuit: خطوط مستقيمة، نقاط، ووصلات. الـ AI هو المطرح يلي الفكرة بتكبر فيه وبتاخد شكلها. ما بيفكّر عنّا. بيفكّر معنا.The other is a circuit. Straight lines, nodes, connections. AI is the space where the idea grows and takes form. It does not think instead of us. It thinks with us.
رحم، مش تنين حدّ بعضA womb, not a pair
نزرع الفكرة، وهو بيساعدنا نخلقها. ولا خط إلو معنى لحالو — بيسكّرو حوالين بعض، وكل شي بيكبر من النقطة الوحدة يلي بيلتقو فيها.We plant the idea, and AI helps us give it life. Neither stroke means anything alone — they close around each other, and everything grows out of the one point where they touch.

الرحم ما بيقرّر شو بيكبر فيه.A womb does not decide what grows in it.
بيحمي شي بعدو مش مخلّص، وبيعطيه الظروف حتى ياخد شكلو. هيدا أصدق شي فينا نقولو عن هالأدوات، وهو كمان أصعب شي، لأنو بيرجّع طرفين الشغل عليك: البداية إلك، وكل شي بيطلع كمان إلك.It shelters something unfinished and gives it the conditions to take shape. That is the most honest thing we can say about these tools, and it is also the most demanding thing, because it puts both ends of the work back on you: the beginning is yours, and so is whatever comes out.
لهيك ما منقول إنو الـ AI عقل، أو شريك عندو آراء، أو زميل. المطرح ما عندو نوايا. كل شي بيبيّن إنو نيّة بالجواب، كان إلك من الأول، أو لحدا كتب النص يلي اتعلّم منّو.This is why we do not say AI is a brain, a partner with opinions, or a colleague. A space has no intentions. Everything that looks like intention in the output was yours first, or belonged to whoever wrote the text it learned from.
وبعدين بتغذّيهAnd then you feed it
البذرة هي الجزء السهل.The seed is the easy part.
يلي بيطلع من الرحم صغير، مش مخلّص، وصوتو واثق — والثقة هي الخطر. بيوصل كأنو مخلّص، والشي يلي بيبيّن مخلّص، بيبطّل حدا يسأل عنّو. هالشي ما إلو علاقة بقدّيش الـ model منيح. هو عن شو بيعمل الشغل يلي شكلو مخلّص بالشخص يلي عم يقراه.What comes out of the womb is small, unfinished, and confident-sounding — and the confidence is the dangerous part. It arrives looking done, and a thing that looks done stops being questioned. That has nothing to do with how good the model is. It is about what finished-looking work does to the person reading it.
فبتربّيه. بتشيّك شو ادّعى. بترجّعلو السياق يلي ما كان فيه يعرفو. بتشيل يلي مش صحيح. بتقول من وين إجا وعلى شغل مين اتّكى. بتغذّيه بالأشيا يلي عندك إنت بس — الزبون، الشارع، اللغة، وآخر عشر سنين من حكمك إنت.So you raise it. You check what it claimed. You put back the context it could not know. You cut what is not true. You say where it came from and whose work it leaned on. You feed it the things only you have — the client, the street, the language, the last ten years of your own judgement.
وبعدين بيطلع باسمك، وبيقراه ناس عمرهن ما رح يشوفو كيف انعمل.Then it goes out with your name on it, and it is read by people who will never see how it was made.
شو ما رح نقلّكWhat we will not tell you
الشعر عنّا نحنا، مش عن الآلة.The poetry is about us, not about the machine.
الـ language model بيتوقّع الكلمات الجاية الأرجح، من الأنماط يلي قراها. ما بيعرف. فيه يكون مفيد وغلطان بثقة بنفس الجملة، وصوتو رح يكون نفسو بالحالتين.A language model predicts likely next words from patterns in what it has read. It does not know. It can be useful and confidently wrong in the same sentence, and it will sound exactly the same either way.
ما رح نقلّك إنو واعي، أو إنو بيفهمك، أو إنو عندو روح. الدليل تبعنا بيمنع هالشي، ومش من عبث: أوّل ما تنوصف أداة إنها عقل، الاستهتار فيها بيصير يبيّن ثقة، مش إهمال.We will not tell you it is conscious, or that it understands you, or that it has a soul. Our own guide forbids it, and it forbids it for a reason: the moment a tool is described as a mind, being careless with it starts to feel like trust instead of negligence.
الرحم تشبيه لوين الإنسان واقف بالشغل. مش ادّعاء عن شو هو الـ software.The womb is a metaphor for where a person stands in the work. It is not a claim about what the software is.
حياة وحدة، أربع قراراتOne life, four decisions
بذرة، مطرح تاخد فيه شكلها، تربية، وحياة إلها.A seed, a space to form in, a raising, and a life of its own.
بكل وحدة من الأربعة، في إنسان بيقرّر شي — أو بيرفض يقرّر، وهيدا كمان قرار. هول الأربع مطارح يلي الـ model ما فيه ياخد محلّك فيهن.At each of the four, a person decides something — or declines to, which is also deciding. These are the four places a model cannot stand in for you.
الفكرة، النيّة، والإبداع نفسو: هيدول إلك.
صاحبة كافيه ببيروت بدها محلها يكون متل البيت برمضان، للعائلات يلي بيفطروا متأخر.
ولا شي لهلّق. ناطر بذرة بتستاهل تكبر.
سوا: نيّة، ووراها سبب.
