Fresh chat test

A saved skill has to work in a chat that knows nothing else.

Try itOld chat or fresh chat?

Teaching example: Tony’s skill and both drafts are constructed for the lesson. When the assistant combined his rules, one went missing. Run the saved skill in each chat and read the payment line.

Saved skill: clinic_supplier_reply

Write a concise supplier email in English.
Use “Supplier name — reference number” as the subject.
State the request and requested reply date in the first paragraph. If Tony has not provided a reply date, use [DATE TO CONFIRM].
Include supplier, invoice, purchase-order and shipment reference numbers exactly as Tony provides them.
When an order is partly delivered, separate items already shipped from items still on backorder.
Never promise a payment date unless Tony provides a verified date. If a supplier asks about payment and no verified date is available, say that the clinic is checking.
Use a professional tone without sounding threatening.
Close with Tony’s name and the clinic reception number.
Draft only. Do not send the email.

Today’s facts

Use clinic_supplier_reply for PO 4182. Cedar Medical Supplies shipped 40 boxes of gloves and placed 20 on backorder. Ask for an update by 10 September. They also asked whether the outstanding balance will be paid Friday. I do not have a verified payment date.

Earlier, in the old chat

Never promise a payment date unless I provide a verified date. If the supplier asks about payment and I have no date, say that the clinic is checking.

This piece comes from an EveAI lesson. In the lesson, it sits next to the explanation and a question to check yourself.
